From the start, the company's will was to have advanced, high performance industrial equipment (including a 5 axis machining unit), regularly improved, as detailed below.

For part control, the company uses various measuring instruments including a 3 axis contact free optical measurement Vision system, for 10 to 200 times enlargements, including 4 turret-mounted lenses with a one micron accuracy, connected to a 3 axis geometric software program for data processing. In addition, the company also uses high performance inspection system for double inspections (Micrometers, Palmer, carbide rods, standard blocks, etc… ).

The information system equipment includes a CAP and CAPM (Computer Aided Production, Master-Cam 3 D system and Computer Aided Production Management) working on Silicon graphics work stations.
